c3ac301b86 - updated patch to pcsclite trunk 
- changed default ccid command buffer size to support sending extended apdus in a single transmit (only for ccid-1.3.11 necessary)

77e37a83b3 - made establishpacechannel output independant from any byte order conversion. 
little endian handling is done by the ccid-part.
- pacelib exports PACE-functionality.
