Welcome to picc. The purpose of picc is to forward APDUs from the OpenPICC 
card to a smartcard reader via the PCSC middleware. You can use this program
in combination with the virtaulPCD and virtual smartcard programs to achieve
communication of the virtual smartcard and a contactless smartcard reader.
