e5d3c68e68 - renamed ccid-test to cats-tool, since it is suitable for all readers of type cat-s and cat-b

f508f0debb pinpad: Scaled the images and removed the horizontal padding of the card info stuff 
CHAT dialoges: Added an info image to every access right column. This will be used to provide help to the user.

77e37a83b3 - made establishpacechannel output independant from any byte order conversion. 
little endian handling is done by the ccid-part.
- pacelib exports PACE-functionality.
