- ccid-test: IOCTL_FEATURE_IFD_PIN_PROPERTIES is currently hardcoded and should
  be replaced by the value from GET_FEATURE_REQUEST
- pcsclite_trunk.patch: fixed propagation of data from SCardControl to
  SecurePINSpecialVerify and SecurePINSpecialCapabilities
